Once you register as a member, purchase a package, book a class, or cancel a class we will send you a confirmation to your registered email address. You may elect to unsubscribe from these type of emails by following opt-out instructions contained in such emails or by changing your notification settings in your account on the Website or the App. You may contact us by email or telephone. Our email correspondence may be kept as a record of your contact with us, and to enable us to respond to any queries that you may have. We do not record telephone conversations or calls that you make to us.

We may take photographs or movie shots of the premises, classes, events and other activities relating to Reform. You may be included in some of these photographs, either individually or as a group.
